Sounds like contenders are lining up. I'll be surprised if the Senators are in the mix.

Given our cap situation and the low value of the Canadian dollar, I would be shocked if we signed Saad.

Well, I would imagine most teams are in a similar situation cap wise, since it'll be all contenders vying for him. And since their salaries are paid in USD, I doubt that's a factor, especially since he just left millions on the table to be able to stay in the league. He'll get a low salary 1 year deal like Klingberg.

I hope he goes to the Oilers since it's likely not the Senators. I think they can win it all and I'll be cheering them on again.
