Another l for the Icedogs fifth in are has Kitchener shades the Dogs 6 to 5 despite 40 saves for Rosie and Waddick two goals 4,913 watched the game at the Meridian Centre. Next game TUESDAY at home against Hamilton.
I was at the game. I thought they played well. Right now it's lack of talent is why they lose. It's hard to win when other teams seem to have 5-6 NHL draftees on their team.

Left the game after the second period. The team was standing still-watching Hamilton- and I figured my time is too valuable to waste so I went home and went to bed...a way better use of my time!

The Ice Dogs have some good players. Rosenzweig made several highlight reel saves tonight.
He appeared to pull something during a series of acrobatic saves.

He stayed in the game (3rd period).
He continued to favour lower body, and at times really labored.

Not sure if it was wise of the coaches to leave him in a blow out game.

He may have aggravated the injury.

You'd really miss him if he can't play.

For as much as beating the IceDogs tonight by a big margin.

Have to feel for the tender clearly played injured and the coach left him in, to the point where he couldn't stand straight in the net which is something you never like to see.

Hopefully Rosenzwig is okay and nothing serious never like to see players get hurt.

Morrision with four goals tonight to power Ottawa to a 6 to 1 win over a shorthand Icedogs team. Next game Sunday afternoon in Kingston.

Did I hear correctly that Lavoie had 6 points and was a -3 for the night? If so, could be the stat of the century...lol!

It hasn't been an off year... Niagara has been garbage since they traded Tomissino and Thomas. My hats off to Icedog fans for still showing up. I seem to recall a couple years ago making a comment about how I figured Niagara's fan support wouldn't last if the Icedogs didnt improve (I'm sure I can find the post) after TDN was teasing about Niagara's fan support vs Sudbury while the Wolves were having a good season. Here in Sudbury, when the team sucks, people find other things to do. The Burgess thing up here pissed off a lot of people and the attendance has never really recovered. I'm really curious to see how much more the people of St Catherines will take. Four years of really bad hockey has to take its toll eventually.

Peterborough slam the Icedogs 6 to 0 tonight at the Meridian Centre firing 66 shots on net. Second time the Dogs have been shut out this season both on home ice. 4,285 tickets sold for the game but due to the weather there was some no shows. Next game tomorrow night in Sudbury.

I can tell you one thing I can't take is people spelling St. CathArines with an e! lol
