So, you think ESPN+ will not allow you to update your DNS server?
It's more that Yonder.tv will need to change things on their end to make sure it works with ESPN+ instead of NHL.tv.

Verizon Unlimited is a lot of $, especially if you don't normally use much data. I looked into that recently, and they told me it costs $75/phone line with unlimited data. If you have a family of four, thats $300/month for unlimited.
I'm curious if the perk you mentioned applies if only a single person in the house hold chooses the unlimited data option.
I wish MSG would just have it’s own subscription. I’d get rid of AT&T/directtvstream or whatever instantly.

Rates just went up in the last 30-60 days. The annual price will be the same until they announce another price increase. Are there any promos for ESPN+ right now? Or should I just wait until it gets closer to the season? Or does anyone know if rates will go up?
Just to clarify NHL Center Ice is still around? I get that through my Fios. But with ESPN+ can get it on my TV, computer, tablet, phone and the subscription is only 69.99 a year? That is a steal. I will discontinue Center Ice then.
Yeah, in a lot of ways, nothing has really changed. It's exactly the same calculation as it was for as long as NHL.tv has existed (and GameCenter Live before that). You're just substituting "NHL.tv" for "ESPN+" and "NBCSN/NBC" for "ESPN/ABC/TNT"
The only thing I miss about Center Ice is that they carried the After Hours show on CBC after the late Saturday games. I loved that show. Scott Oake did the best interviews. Hopefully ESPN+ will include that feature. My NHL package auto-renews and I noticed a significant price drop. Wondering if they're missing any games now.
Sorry if I'm late to the party, but are there games not on regular ESPN (ESPN+?) that won't be included in the NHL Package on DirecTV?
any ideas if games on ESPN+ can be watched from the beginning after puck-drop, just like you could if you had DVR'd the games and started watching an hour after the start.
Can someone assist me - I want to watch all Rangers games and I live in California near the kings and sucks. What specifically do I need to buy to watch that? It’s unclear with the changes to versus and espn plus etc …
Does anyone outside the metro area use msg plus? I could use my parents
I live in central Maine and for the last few years have used NHL.tv. With the NHL.tv having the live content moved to ESPN+, I have the Disney bundle (Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+) and there does not appear to be any additional charge for the NHL games and I have been watching that closely. I am also going to have sling tv with the ESPN package since some games will be only on TNT or ESPN channels. Some games may be blacked out if they are available on local sports channels, but I will cross that bridge this season when I come to it. In the past, I just had to get a little creative.
I hope this helps!
ok so if I have the ESPN + and also NHL center ice I shouldn't be blacked out from any games?

Center Ice doesn’t give you anything that ESPN+ doesn’t.
Once again, you need three things. And this goes for ALL out of market watchers. Doesn’t matter which one.
1.) ESPN+ OR Center Ice
2.) A way to watch ESPN, TNT and ABC (cable package OR live streaming service like Hulu Live, Sling, etc)
3.) A way to watch your local regional sports network. If you’re in LA, you’ll need a way to watch Fox Sports West. If you’re in Colorado, you’ll need a way to watch Altitude Sports. Could be cable. Some of those are on streaming services as well. Also, since this one is so few games, it might be worth watching at a bar. I’ve done that a bunch here in NC for Hurricanes games.
