You are the man that doesn't eat lunch ;). A true hero among Hfboard readers. Thanks for doing this again this year man :handclap:.

I did eat lunch: delicious egg burritos, it just took forever for the tomatoes to cook down.

And, you're very welcome, I actually enjoy this time of year the most, right after the trade deadline and draft, so it's actually bizarrely a lot of fun for me.

And three more cuts

Oddly, this was announced by the Penguins AHL team first, but anyways...
The Pittsburgh Penguins have reduced their training camp roster to 49 players, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.

Nine players have been assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League: defensemen Barry Goers, Michael Webster and Ryan Segalla; and forwards Tom Kostopoulos, Milos Bubela, Gage Quinney, Jarrett Burton, Christian Hilbrich and Reid Gardiner.

The Flyers trimmed their roster to 39 by sending 10 players to the AHL's Phantoms on Thursday.

Goalies Anthony Stolarz and Alex Lyon, each of whom had outstanding training camps, were among the players sent to Lehigh Valley. They should give the Phantoms a terrific goaltending duo.

The other players sent to the Phantoms: right winger Nicolas Aube-Kubel; center Radel Fazleev; left winger Tyrell Goulbourne; defenseman Robert Hagg; center Corban Knight; left winger Danick Martel; defenseman Reece Willcox; and right winger Mark Zengerle.

The usual cuts and reassignments or something more interesting Caley?

Yeah, just the usual, I don't have any inside sources or anything.. A bunch of players are missing from morning practices, so it's fairly easy to figure out who they are, but I'm just waiting for the team to confirm it.
