I think the player reactions are more so the timing of the deal/media availability post practice.

I haven’t seen Maroon play lately and maybe he has fallen off a cliff , I don’t know but I do remember seeing a guy with the Lightning who worked his ass off on line 4 and has good hockey sense . He can make a play .

No one has seen him play lately. He's had back surgery in early February. Will he even be able to play again this year?

Yea I quit the medical weed I was taking for a few injuries from my quad crash I was dealing with and a bit on edge.Thanks for asking though Sheppy.Still not a Maroon fan but hope this works out.

Maybe we grab a depth defenseman in the next couple of hours, but beyond that, I don't know what anyone could have realistically expected.

6’4 220 skilled centers don’t come around often it would risk the next 5 years and Don and Neely’s jobs but PLD COULD be great here if he got his head out of his ass and everything went right. Idk how they make money work though.
