Not getting the Pierre-Luc Dubois Ullmark talk how exactly would that even fit into Cap issues for Bruins ,are the Kings retaining half his salary.I don’t think this trade is happening.

Lol!

I wonder what drastic moves they'll do now, after their recent couple of beating's they've taken from the hands of the Bruins
They supposedly want a gritty forward

If Sweeney went for PLD talk about swinging for the fences, if PLD plays up to his talent the Bruins search for a top line center is over and they are set for years with a very strong core at G, D, C and RW. However if PLD continues to seriously underachieve it could cost Sweeney his job in a year or two, I just can't envision Sweeney willing to risk it all for PLD.

Pierre-Luc Dubois has been horrid this season. That being said the previous two seasons he was very good. I wouldn't mind him as long he can find his game from a year ago. I think the Bruins would bring that out in him. He is only 25 years old. He is just entering his 'prime' years and is a big load that can skate.

Maybe the LA lifestyle has gotten to him. Maybe he needs to be on the East Coast, closer to home. Lots of things to consider. No way a 25 year old centre goes from 60+ points to this without some kind of reason.

Ullmark + Forbort
for
Dubois + 2025 3rd round pick
He comes off as a lazy entitled kid. He’s failed miserably everywhere he’s played. He’s on his 3rd team and they already hate him.

If you could get him for at 50% retaining ($2 million) for say Forbort, then it'd be interesting. You pick up $1 million in cap space. His 13 goals would be close to Top 5 among Bruins players (Geekie & Zacha tied for 5th at 15 goals). RoJo needs to play with guys that can put pucks in the net because he's more of a playmaker. I think that's part of the reason he didn't "work" in Colorado. He was playing with Drouin, Tatar & Cogliano
yeah same thing, 2 mill this year and next is a great option to see if he works next to Zacha and, lessens the burden on Poitras next year to stay at 3c until hes ready in the top six. 4 mil this year and next is no bueno.

Im changing my tune, signing DeBrusk to the zacha or coyle contract (4.75-5.25) is actually a priority.

Does anyone have a link with radio coverage of the trade deadline? Would be nice to have it in the background while I’m entertaining the little one today.
