Once again I need to say a big f*** You to the NHL for having no streaming options for the playoffs separate from a cable subscription.
Same boat here. It's pretty sad that you can stream every game of the AHL playoffs, but there is one (Saturday @ 8 ET, i think) NHL game available streaming only the entire week.

Pulling up the stat feeds stress free tonight. I posted my predictions in the group competition on NHL.com but I have:

Islanders in 6
Devils in 6
Bruins in 6
Lightning in 7

Avalanche in 5
Stars in 6
Golden Knights in 7
Oilers in 5

Probably going to enjoy a dry traditional palmetto mead tonight. Palmetto honey is nice because it has a slight woody flavor to it that makes it akin to an oaked Chardonnay when fermented into a mead.
Canes in 6 (All the Isles have is a goalie and as good as he is it won't be enough)
Rangers in 6 (more playoff / veteran experience than the Devils)
Bruins in 6
Leafs in 7

Avalanche in 5
Stars in 7
Vegas in 6
Oilers in 6

Rooting for the Bruins. Damn do I miss Orlov even if I think it was a good decision to trade him.
Agree on both points. And also, Hathaway. I love that guy. He was nasty tonight. Great pic—ups for Boston. I’m happy with our return.

These Oilers are going to be a problem.

Edit: Surprised Dumba didn't get a five. Prison rules starting early.

Looked like a borderline good hit. Looked like Pav was looking at Dumba also and it was if it more when he came down sideways had no way to break his fall with his arms and his head bounced off the ice.

I thought it was borderline and thought they might pull it back. I think Pavs got knocked on head when he feel to ice.

Also… I‘d take Dumba on the Caps. That is the kind of nasty we lack. And Trouba in NY.

That was not a good hit. Late and launching upward, I don’t like it. But close enough I guess. Dumba becoming a regular Trouba. Getting away with the borderline hit that definitely feels dirty but I guess they’re not?!

Damn McDavid should have shot for high goal chance shot Kings go the other way on a rush and score.
