My favorite part about Jojo's news yesterday is that he can now blow off work and devote himself entirely to fixing my problems.
Actually, I hope he is asleep and able to ignore my dumb ass lol.
We start the day with my brother @Hollywood Cannon on the clock with two picks, @Beef Invictus on deck without an appendix, @Lord Defect on the lido deck without a brain, and Chuckles on the lido afterdeck with nothing to lose.
Last night was the first time I have enjoyed a New Jersey Devils game. Ever. They f***ing suck, but if you are true to your emotions, you'd be very hard-pressed to feel that they suck worse than the f***ing Rangers. The latter act, and are treated, like they are some big deal, like everything else about New York, but with one exception, they have been failures since 1940. People forget about that, I think, and it's a good thing to remember. They have won more recently than the Flyers, which just proves how much we suck.
And f***ing Trouba. Imagine making excuses for that bile duct of a human being. Total c***.

My man designed the Czech Republic's blouses going back to the 1998 Olympics and hasn't stopped since. He helped come up with the Reverse Retro idea and has done many other things in between.

Eric Bodamer, a 1988 graduate of Williamsville South High School, helped design the Sabres’ royal and gold uniforms. The black-and-red Goathead alternates for this season are also Bodamer’s creation.

I still can't decide on a redraft, chiefly because I'm too lazy to. So now I have to pick a DESSERT. I've been laboring over this decision. It's a big one, and there have only ever bene three options. I think I'll go with the one I eat for dessert most often.
Wegmans Hot Olive Salad
This is a pinnacle dessert. One of the big three. This is great in the winter, yet refreshing in the summer. It goes with every occasion. It is flawless. There's nothing better than finishing a meal and treating yourself to a few of these babies.

Heh. Now that is interesting. I dont see this combo (yellow, green) very often - but these are signature colours of 90s/early 00s Czech dynasty team HC Vsetín (5 titles in 6 years IIRC) and a Flyers fan may recognize some faces there....:

One of my favourite hockey celebrity encounters was chatting with him during the 2010 Stanley Cup playoffs. I want to say it was during the Flyers/Habs series, but it may have been earlier. He assumed I was a Canucks fan and was making fun of the Canucks (I think they had just been eliminated by Chicago, but there's never a bad time to punch down on the Canucks). His mood completely changed when I told him I was a Flyers fan. The Flyers knocking the Rangers out in the final day of the regular season cost him playoff air time on MSG, so I made some jabs about the Rangers and Oilers. He could have given me the "Stanley Cup rings plugging my ears" treatment, but he was cordial and didn't retaliate.
Anyway, the Seattle Sockeyes will go with our back up option for our final spite forward and pick a guy who was a prick on and off the ice, well worthy of spite and significantly unworthy of wearing the beauty that is the green/yellow/white blouse combo of the Sockeyes. Live in spite, Dino Ciccarelli.
