Today I found out the temp agency staffing the local vaccine clinic won't hire any of my hospital's employees for the clinic which BEARS THE HOSPITAL'S NAME because they don't want to pay us overtime.

We're now in the second year of this public health emergency and these f***ing scheisters won't make hires because of money. I am seeing red. That's f***ing bullshit. Pinching pennies while nurses are pinching IVs into arms to run remdesivir which doesn't do a goddamn thing other than bankrupt the patient because of this joke of a "healthcare" "system" that this joke of a country runs while still others are pinching the zipper on the 550,000th body bag this sad excuse of a nation has seen. f*** off with that shit. People are stupid and selfish and worthless and amoral. Hockey is stupid. I'm going to bed.

Our vaccine clinic hot line is getting 4000+ calls the hour which it opens. We know we can't do that many shots per day so we get crushed with complaint calls also. I see it as a double pronged issue. Part 1 is we don't get the supplies of vaccine/needles to do that many shots a day. Part 2 is we don't have the staff again to do that many shots (again health system isn't going to pay people overtime to do this). It's bonkers land.
