You need to stop getting yourself in those situations. Just cut your losses and walk away early.

I still think it was frustration...the game was unwinnable at that point. Throwing things, but not at people. We've all been there. I was there just yesterday after my championship loss honestly. Not like he has a history of being a huge jackass

Now obviously if the equipment manager comes out and says yeah Nik was telling me to go f*** myself for not getting a stick ready, well I'd change my tune in a heartbeat. But just from my vantage point I don't think he was being a jackass
