Dean Letourneau? WOuld like to see the Kings take Sacha Boisvert but will probably gone by then...Maxim MasseThey are going to take the 6'7" guy.
it was a good move, hopefully the Kings aren't doneGood move. Don’t get why the Habs felt the need to rush into this. Not like they’re in the top 15
I'm going to make this the NHL Entry draft thread since most of the discussion will probably be in this thread.
Here are the updated picks
You'd have to trade Clarke to get himIs there a slim chance we can pry Askarov from NSH? We’d be set with Byfield, Clarke, Askarov as the new core. Probably a dream scenario.

As you can see, 21st OA is not better than 26th OA. This is a good trade.
Palffy was a 26th OA pick BTW.
Personally I want to avoid anyone falling down the board for whatever reason, risers are the way to go IMO.How far will Connelly fall? Maybe 26?
Why? Kopitar and Vilardi were fallers, for example.Personally I want to avoid anyone falling down the board for whatever reason, risers are the way to go IMO.
Kaliyev fetching a 3rdPackage Kaliyev with a 2nd and try and get another 1st?
Would Kaliyev fetch a 2nd?
Thought he might go tonight or tomorrow
When I say risers , I mean trending over a period of time. So where there has been clear progression over the year. Kopitar was too foreign for some and Gabe had his injury issues. For a faller they really need to be very clear as to why they are falling as it introduces more risk in my eyes. Why? Kopitar and Vilardi were fallers, for example.
It could be a good value signing.Check out 2011 pick 21. Stefan Noesen. Carolina RW. Line #4. Double digit G's, DD Assts., DD +. 5 playoff goals this year. Playing for peanuts. Veteran presence. Is there a downside to signing this guy?
watch it will be for Erik Brannstrom, if so they better be getting a 3rd if we are to take him on, as it has been reported they are trying to trade him before they have to qualify him and not a big enough upgrade on left side, oh wait he might be forgot about Englund for a momentNow Kaliev for Ottava 3rd round pick
