That might be pushing ten games.

Absolute nonsense. They're going to give five or less for that?
I can only guess that their reasoning is, it was a reflex action by Gallagher?Annnnnnnd I was right...
This f***ing league's DoPS is a joke.
Reflex reaction or not, it's still a blatant elbow straight to the face.I can only guess that their reasoning is, it was a reflex action by Gallagher?
Meanwhile, in LA:
Dubois Called Out By Kings Head Coach Todd McLellan
Pierre-Luc Dubois is becoming a bit of an issue around the NHL. It was previously thought that he had just a bad string of luck when it came to coaches and team fit. However, now Dubois is on his third team and is having the same conflicts with coaching.
The Kings' head coach Todd McLellan has now taken to the media to call out Dubois for his lack of intensity, saying that it's time for him to step up.

Thought by suckers, maybe. Guy has been a perpetual malcontent for years at this point to a level totally unjustified by his playIt was previously thought that he had just a bad string of luck when it came to coaches and team fit.

Coaches are finally becoming less tolerant of one-dimensional slackers. The NHL is too competitive to carry these guys.
14 years at a 1.3 million dollar cap hit if they bought him out in the offseason. That's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be.If at all possible, buy that loser out asap.
Reflex? The only part of Gallagher that touches Pelech is his elbow and the only spot Pelech is touched is his head. That's like a training video you'd show somebody for what constitutes an illegal hit. My gut instinct was four games and that's because the DoPS is a joke.I can only guess that their reasoning is, it was a reflex action by Gallagher?

Utterly embarrassing
I'm not saying this is right or wrong, but this is what happens when you jerk around more talented and better players in favor of guys that "work hard" Jiricek is young and shouldn't be gifted anything, but the way Pascal Vincent and CBJ Upper Management have handled Kent Johnson, Fantilli, Jiricek.. pretty awful lol.
Not to mention the whole Babcock situation. Not sure how ownership puts up with that any longer.
