Originally I thought with the cap being tighter league wide that Chicago could get 28OA and Murray for the Ottawa 2nd.
With the dried up market I figured it might take 35OA to get it.
We hear Kyle from Chicago was trying to make moves. The swing and miss is on Toronto. They reached far for their guy at 28. They could have moved Murray and made the same pick at 35.
