Says the bitter Blackhawk's fan.Oilers fans looking for any excuse to explain their play. The fact is they’re a one player team and always have been. The Pacific is weak, that’s all.
No Blackhawks fans under the age of 45 is envious of the Oilers.Says the bitter Blackhawk's fan.
Manson is a guy several of us have liked for years.Josh Manson was born in Hinsdale, IL! Shame on us HF Hawks! We should've been cheering for this guy like crazy
You must talk about him in the Prospect Thread or something because i've never seen his name brought up. That's pretty sick we have a local guy playing in the Conference Final and might even win a Stanley CupManson is a guy several of us have liked for years.

Was Drai this bad all night? He's Hossa against Boston in 13 broken right now.
He was laboring against the Flames but he could go for stretches. He looked like he didn't want the puck in the third. He hasn’t been able to skate for weeks.
If anything what he has been able to produce offensively has been that much more impressive.

Deserved.
You see what you want to see. Some would argue that that successful penalty kill added to Oilers momentum.Much deserved. It was only a matter of time before he screwed up somehow. Not necessarily hurting an opponent, but I felt when they signed him he would somehow be a detriment to them at some point. That hit killed any momentum they had early in that game as well.

Personally, though a definite penalty, I thought the 5-minute major a tad harsh. Kadri saw him coming, knew he was going to get hit and showed him the numbers (a too common theme in today's NHL).
Not protecting oneself is the worst thing a player can do. Kane got 5 minutes. What did Kadri get? He's no dummy. He knew turning away would draw a penalty and now he pays the price.
Also, pertaining to it not being a major, or somehow Kadri's fault; holy f***.
He never turned away. He was in the same position all the way to the boards. Players get involved in races to loose pucks all the time, sometimes going into the boards. Kadri has every right not to expect to be crosschecked in the back while skating towards the boards.
