All these other teams have 15-16 games in march. Isles have 12. Yes i looked and counted. End of march games should be pretty much even

They have 6 games against bottom feeders or sellers still to go so if you assume they’re all wins that puts them in the low 90s. They’re not missing out pending an epic collapse

Their defense aside from Hedman doesn’t impress me, and the miles have definitely caught up to Hedman.

I can see them bouncing back next year and having another 1-2 season window, but that’s about it…

Yup, it would have to be an epic collapse. But, at the end of the season bad teams with nothing to play for are often the harder opponents, FWIW.
