In theory this should have no bearing on how he plays the game. Bryan Trottier made investments that went bust. I just wonder if there’s anyone in Lehner’s life who tells him “this is a bad idea” and does he ever listen to that advice?

You’re right about separating the personal and professional aspects of a player’s life but in his particular circumstance I have to think his judgement needs to be questioned.

Unfortunately for him, his off ice troubles have never been completely unconnected to his professional life.

Very interesting story....there was a serpentarium in Wilmington NC where the owner was killed by his wife in 2017 in some domestic disturbance. Different people but some eerie similarities
