Doing ok my man. Thx for asking. Had a scare w the little man thinking it was appendicitis...as usual it turned out to be just gas...
Glad it was only that. We had some issues with my son when he was little. He had severe asthma but wasn't properly diagnosed until we saw a pulmonologist. Before you know it he'll be screaming at the TV with you!

More drama in Vancouver :

Brock Boeser was reportedly going to be a scratch on Hockey fights Cancer night in Vancouver( Elliot Friedman) when at the last second another player was scratched and Boeser was put in.

What’s the big deal ? Boesers underachieving and has been a defensive liability this year.

Apparently, Boeser’s dad recently succumbed to cancer and this night was very important to him and his family , and then they go ahead and scratch him.

During the intermission Friedman reported that Vancouver gave Boeser’s agent freedom to explore trade options.

Either that was a big FU to Boeser or this Vancouver management/coaching is tone deaf to that locker room . Either way the Canuck management look like asshats.

Was it really worth having Boeser score and the Canuck’s win ?

Probably not that much interest at that salary but for a Beauvillier I’d take a flyer on him .

Wasn’t too long ago Vegas was in turmoil, yet the same management team is still there. They also took on problem child Eichel. The coach and the goalies changed and the team is in first place…

Boeser needs to get his act together, while the hockey fights cancer game may have been important to him, it’s also important for the team to get a return on their investment in the player, which they are not getting…

As long as they were winning it was ok . Now that Berube’s job is on the line it ain’t funny anymore.
He’s an idiot, but the team knew that and resigned him after the Cup. No one is/was touching him. Vegas seems to have learned their lesson.

I’ll be the first to say that I don’t watch many Vancouver games but he’s got 15 pts in 19 games and on pace for 60( a career high). That’s not too shabby. He’s also coming off hand surgery this year that still may be bothering his shooting.

Still, they did not need to announce that he was going to be scratched on that night (could’ve literally been ANY other game). That’s very poor form by the Canucks IMO…and most likely a reason that they always seem to have “locker room issues”. Poor management and people skills.

No one really knows. All the drama has seen to have passed in WPG too, yet some of the core players allegedly involved in all the drama are still there.

He’s right. That’s all Dumbo can do - elbow to the head. I’m shocked the league hasn’t told him to knock off the shenanigans. Or maybe they have, who knows. But a preemptive call from the department of player safety with a ‘we notice you lead with the elbow’ and ‘not within the rules, and will be penalized severely’ would be in order.

I get Boeser wanting to play in that game but I can also see management not really paying attention to what celebratory/honorary night a game might be when making decisions. If they were aware and were trying to piss him off, that's not cool. Unless it's a guy who is about to hit 1,000 games and flew his whole family out I just don't think it's too big of a deal.

Either way Vancouver management look like fools. I guess we’re used to the drama free atmosphere that Lou created around the Isles.

So… Basically Josh Bailey from earlier this year?
