Seems like the Cards will have Caleb Willams or Kyler Murray to trade. Im not sure I would want Murray unless on the cheap.

Wife surprised me with tickets to the week 1 game.

Kinda conflicted ... not gonna lie. I love my gameday routine. Wake up, go to grocery store, start grill (and have all day grilling menu), smoke some weed, then be standing w alcoholic beverage in hand in front of tv when national anthem is played.

Then slowly turn into a drunk bloated american on my couch and fall asleep half way through the night game.
Makes me proud to be an American

Baltimore-ish
Wonder if we pick up some of these O Line getting cut today.
With Daniels going to LTIR, we could but I dont think we need deepth but upgraded starters which i dont think you find w 53 man cuts. I dont trust Charles, Gates or Wylie starting. Hopefully Stromberg takes the starting C spot by week 8 or so and solidifies the C spot for the next 5 years.

Leno-Lucas-Scott
Charles-Paul
Gates-Stromberg
Cosmi-Stromberg
Wylie-Lucas-Scott

------------

LB is one position i think we could find a cut that would be an upgrade over Barton/Mayo who hasnt impressed.

Looking like Davis/Mayo starting combo by week 4 imo.

----------------

DT Abdullah Anderson will be picked up .. wish we kept him. That mathis pick is so far a waste.

Hope Allen and Brooks are signed to the practice squad there is some potential there.

Figured Tinsley the WR would make the roster based on last couple of preseason games.

Jones Jr. made it also. Though that #48 number is terribad.

I think Tinsley is a hedge on McLaurin being available week 1.

Man... I'll say it, because I know he's got a lot of good in him and it's hard to really shit too hard on somebody who battled cancer but...

Strictly from a football perspective, Ron Rivera sucks.
Love Pat....he's right on.....Ron's inside voice is coming out and making him look like what many of us fear, that the game has passed him by.

Up against the flames if pressed, I'm a Packers fan, I just come here to talk football with the same people I like talking hockey with so I don't know the insides and outs of DC fandom, although we used to go to the camps when they held them up in Pennsylvania so my family has a weird love for them despite never being a primary draw...

Even before anything talked about in this video I would come in here, like, two years ago and read about the struggle and I've just never had the impression that Ron is doing anything but holding his head above water. He's tactically ass, he trusts people who are also tactically ass, he talks an okay game if what you love is "old-school" intangible BS but it's really hard to look back and think about quotes of his where you go "yeah, that's really on the ball, I like where this guy's head is at" and that shit just keeps getting worse.

Then to top it all off his biggest sell is the "culture" created but they also just had one of the only outside voices on the team be called out for being too "harsh" on effort levels in practice, so what culture? Clearly the type that encourages people to multiply speed limits instead of getting out there and playing ball.

Ron Rivera is like the republican candidate of coaches, changes and improves nothing, talks a certain way, appeals to a base, and just lingers.
