Chipotle is doing a promotion where if you wear a hockey jersey to the store you get a buy one get one free entree. Saw a guy with a Zegras USA throwback jersey and now I'm jealous and looking to buy one.

But I also saw a family with a Blackhawks, Knights, Ducks and 2 Kings jerseys. How do they live with each other?

Now you made me miss Chipotle, not to even mention authentic Mexican food. You can't even imagine the struggle of finding a half decent burrito or taco in Finland.

This Texas shooting today is absolutely disgusting. f***ing world has gone mad.

38 total shootings at schools this year, 30 just at K-12 schools, and it's not even halfway through the year. Words can't appropriately express these types of actions.

It’s a sad state of affairs. And as was said earlier in the thread, buckle up because it’s gonna get a lot worse before it gets better

I know I'm a European and we have different issues so I shouldn't speak much about events in the US and all that but to us all the gun stuff always have felt so bizzare. Good idea at the bottom of it I guess, but it's well past time when things should change.
So sad to see, there are already too much death of innocent people, kids in this World.
I liked Steve Kerrs pre-game interview.

The scary part is the reality that nobody in charge really cares. Deaths of children are supposed to rock a community into solving a given problem, it's usually one of the only things people from different cultures and viewpoints can unanimously agree on. But we are going on 20+ years since columbine and nary a solution to be found despite ample examples of how it should be done by those who have been successful.

This country is rotten to its core and I don't think it's salvageable. I blame education and religion.

Most of them are getting paid by the NRA... They don't give a f***.

If it was my decision, I'd have the match continue, if she gets hit she gets hit

It's getting wilder each year. I think recently some activists glued themselves in football goalpost in England (? maybe) and I think here in Finland they glued themselves in a shop display window at a mall. Looks like there's a new apocalypse scheduled btw :sarcasm:

Yet another reason not to live in the South or the Midwest.
Yes, but it's also important to understand why it's happening in those states. There is an endless cycle of poverty and lack of education that pushes people to radicalism and these decisions. For us who live in different environments and/or are lucky enough to have access to education and financial security we cannot simply turn away. These things are coming for us as well.

Today is a terrible day for democracy and for human rights. I hope we can organize to stop it.

There needs to be a button stronger than 'like' for this post.

We're traveling backwards, and the people this is going to hurt are the people who already have less and who probably can't afford to go to a different state for a safe medical procedure to begin with.
