After tearing my right ACL two years ago in a freak accident where my opponents' skates got tangled with mine and turned my knee by 135°, the exact same f***ing thing happened to me during yesterday's practice again, just with the left knee this time around.

Sounds terrible. This is why I don't do high impact/contact sports.

Admittedly I take it too seriously, but I’m so glad I like sports. Between hockey and basketball, I get about 2.5-3 hours 5-6 nights a week where I can unwind and distract myself from the reality of the world. I don’t know where I’d be mentally if I didn’t have it.

I know some Ukrainian American immigrants in orange county. Imagine being them and ur local NHL team drafts a Russian who refuses to condemn the unlawful invasion of Ukraine. Just happens there is 2 Russians in the top10 draft prospect rankings this year and the Ducks may get a chance at one of theme who knows.

One of my cousins dated a Ukrainian immigrant for several years, I liked him he was funny.

There is quite a few Ukrainians and Russians in OC who possibly moved here from Los Angeles which has a Big Ukrainian and Russian community.
We also have some Afghans in OC, there is an Afghani restaurant in Lake Forrest.

I have some questions about penalties. 1) When there are coincidental minor penalties and the teams play 4-on-4 hockey for 2 minutes, if one team scores during the two minutes, does the 4-on-4 hockey continue, does the 4-on-4 end and they go back to 5-on-5, or does one team continue on a power play (5-on-4)? 2) When one team is killing a penalty and then the other team gets a penalty while on their power play, and now it's 4-on-4, if the team that was initially on the penalty kill scores during the 4-0n-4 hockey, does the 4-on-4 continue until the first penalty expires and then does the team that got the second power play continue their power play until they either score or the penalty expires?

Play continues at 4v4 regardless of goals being scored since it is even strength. No one's penalty is reduced or ended due to the other team scoring.
