In game action they just look empty and nonsensical. Downgrades all around.

The collars are irritating. I understand the NHL does crew neck collars now, but a black and white collar on the old jersey looks much better than this weird red thing. The stripes are comically fat. Like

Glad nobody in the crowd was wearing one.

They haven't shipped yet, so it would be kind of hard for anybody to wear them.;)

Saw two wearing them. They do have them for sale at the arena. I almost bought an away one.

So the authentics and the replicas have very different collars. Anyone seen a Devils replica yet?

I posted these in a jersey forum and someone told me there that the Fanatics one in this pic is actually the women's cut. The men's Fanatics replica will have the same collar as the Adidas "Adi-Zero" one.

Yea I think the jerseys look like what we all expected. Obviously not the worst jerseys in the world but clearly worse than the normal jerseys that we have worn for the past 25 seasons.

Those Vegas jerseys are hideous.

I predict they'll sell great this year and possibly next, as all expansion gear initially does. Perhaps more so because Las Vegas has been STARVED for a professional sports franchise for decades.

But then, after the, what I'll coin,The Emperors New Clothes Effect wears off, people will more honestly access them and say, "gee, you know this color combo is bland, clashes, and is ugly", and there will be a redesign circa 2022-2023.

I love them. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is the white gloves with grey jerseys. If you NEED to do white gloves just wear them with the white jerseys. They stand out too much with the grey jerseys.

I can't believe people are saying that our jerseys are distracting or throwing them off. Like that's really something that will distract you or take away from watching the game?

It's not as if we're not watching the game, but during any of the downtime (and there was a TON of it last night) I couldn't help but be drawn to how bad they still looked to me.

It is what it is...

They also had the players not in tonight going around the arena giving new jerseys away. ****ing clown ownership will do anything they can to phase out the old jerseys.

They must still have a ton of old reeboks to blow out as well. During one of the intermissions I remember the broadcast crew caught a shot of the conveyor with the jerseys on it and it looked like they had a sizable inventory of old jerseys left to go, they were all reeboks in the shot.

For me, this take is crazy. The team does something really cool and it's turned into some negative because of the jerseys.

I'm going to start thinking of a lot of the comments as coming from people suffering JDS - Jersey Derangement Syndrome.

Now we are at the point of getting mad at the owners for allowing free jerseys to be given to fans...my God.

Yeah, I am not a fan of the jersey change. I do not like the red one, I do not mind the white one. They are a downgrade from the beautiful ones we had. But getting to the point of getting pissed off that PLAYERS are GIVING AWAY jerseys to fans...YEAH, how dare they. What an awful thing to happen, those poor fans...

Seek help dude.

Still think the mega-wide stripes are a little weird, but they looked nice overall. It was never necessary to make any changes, but I don't really care anymore. It's fine by me.

They're trying to phase out the old look by giving people, who would likely stick with the better looking jersey, the new jerseys. Because A) who would want to spend money on downgrading their jersey and B) who would want to buy the worse looking jersey when the majority of the jerseys they see in the arena are the better looking jerseys

It's a pathetic attempt to cover up a mistake by force.

Logic and reasoning, I'd suggest you use it.

Who would buy it? How about me? I almost bought the $180 blank white one because I think the white one looks just fine. I like the green championship collar and I like the metallic material they used for the NHL crest on the collar. I also do not have an away jersey besides my Brodeur CCM one. Also I would have gladly taken a FREE JERSEY. Again...how dare the team do that.

Edit: Do not preach about logic and reasoning when you post trash like that.

They had to give some out, because I bought all of the rest.

I bought all of the new jerseys.

I bought all of the new jerseys of New Jersey's.

I bought all of the new jerseys of New Jersey's to wear in New Jersey.

I bought all of the new jerseys of New Jersey's to wear in New Jersey while wearing all of the new jerseys.

Amazing the lengths some posters go to take shots at this ownership. Be glad we have these guys who got us out of debt and improved our arena immensely over the guy who was bankrupt who was allowing our arena to fall apart.

Let's take an example of a common free giveaway. The "first <x amount> of fans into the arena get poster/hat/puck/etc". Do they just do that for the fan relations? No. They do that because it was determined that the increase in concession sales via getting fans in a bit earlier offsets the price of the giveaway.

There is a business reason for everything they do. They're not gonna flat out give **** away like this for the feels. Now, what possible benefit would they see to giving away the new $150-200 jerseys (whatever the actual cost is) for free? Shoudn't be hard...

Speaking of amazing lengths.......

Falling apart as in not being kept up to standard. Basic maintenance of the arena was lacking in many areas and it was obvious and I am not the only season ticket holder who has posted about this on here.

Also how can you disagree that our arena has been improved? The 3D projection, new scoreboard, new LED ribbons, the boardwalk vendor decor and other improvements are all under this new ownership. The new locker room was also an improvement. The original one was extremely outdated. This is getting off topic now but credit does have to go to these owners for putting money into the arena.
