What people may be forgetting is that they both are professional athletes but still kids and probably laughed it off. I'm 23 and if I went into the men's room and my name was written in there from a sharpie pen. I would be laughing. If they do take this seriously and are insulted then Lou should say to Josefson there is always a locker for you in Albany and I don't see Larsson or Josefson having the nads to say anything.

such a bs way to treat someone who signed a sweetheart deal.I don't even understand why Larsson is scratched I rather have him out there than Volchenkov or Harrold. I guess Salvador gets a pass bc he is the Captain.

But playing without Larsson is Pejorative Slured.

like the fact that tonight is an HNIC game, nothing beats CBC's coverage. definitely great to get that channel, with the saturday doubleheaders (or tripleheader sometimes like today  )

I understand what you guys are going through

Carlyle plays Kostka and Holzer over Gardiner...

He's finally in the line up tonight...Gardiner makes mistakes but the good outweighs the bad.

At least Volchenkov and Harrold > Kostka and Holzer.

So instead of developing Josefson and getting him playing time in the AHL, they call him up only to be scratched and not even dress in the same locker room. Great idea.

The way this team is treating Adam Larsson will bite them in the ass. Guaranteed, his development is going to be stunted. I can't be more disappointed with both Lou Lamoriello and Pete DeBoer this season, the way they've handled the defensemen has made this team look like a rinky dink operation, and it saddens me to say that, it really does.

Rule number 1 when it comes to developing young players, they need to actually ****ing PLAY. If they don't think Jo and Adam are good enough for the NHL, then find a place for them to play and gain experience. Albany, Trenton, Europe, beer leagues, my backyard, somewhere!

basically, a must win. not technically a must win but i dont see the playoffs with NJ in it if they dont win tonight.

and what the hell is up with larsson not playing AND losing his locker stall? i know Sullivan is a vet but having the future franchise defensemen he has got to move. seriously?

Larsson has played 61 games this season. We're in a tailspin and falling out of the playoffs so they have veterans playing.

It's not some huge ****ing problem like you guys are making it out to be. He is making big strides this year in his defensive play. Keep ranting over useless things.

However, bringing Josefson up was dumb.

Do you people honestly believe this ****? He is the youngest player on this team. He knows his role amongst the group.

What's the over-under on the number of shins Tallinder will nail win slapshots? I'll say 5.

And haha, Sullivan trolls a "status quo" in his interview.

If it's the lockerroom thing you're referring to, I agree.

If it's the scratch, it's a really big deal and it's stunting his development.

Just because a player isnt playing he isnt becoming better ? Sometimes watching the game can help you learn alot, not to mention he also does practice with the team and is being mentored by Scott Stevens.

Just because he isnt playing doesnt mean his development is being drastically stunted like everyone is making it out to be. Yes, he needs to play to become better, but saying that he isnt getting better because he is sitting is ridiculous.

This is amusing. Salvador, Volchenkov and Harrold aren't even in Larsson's league yet they continue to be dressed at his expense. That's what so funny.

I agree Larsson is better then them, but the way we are making it look like a travesty is ridiculous

Great point. There is certainly value in practicing and learning from Stevens. However how about further bettering yourself with playing time? He's the future. One of the 7 other guys, at a minimum, will not be here last year. Larsson does not hurt your team's chances (might actually help).

It's common sense, in my opinion. Play one of your top 6 defensman AND develop him for the future.
