Guessing he’s either injured or getting a call-up
Nemec with an assist on Mango's OT winner for Utica against Cleveland! Nice little play in the zone to start it off and subtle little block to give more space to Mango to shoot.
Also, a few nice plays/key moments from Simon peppered in the highlight video: 0:38 (offense), 0:48 (defense), 2:38 (offense), 2:48 (offense)
Now up to 3G, 10A (13 points) in 27 games (0.48 PPG). He seems to be getting more comfortable quickly. He has 8 points in his last 9 games (2G, 6A).
I see Utica wearing the green and red's. Those guys get it.
Jiricek also gets a lot more PP time and less PK time from what I’ve read.Though it looks like Jiricek is doing much better when you look at the stats, you have to remember that 1) he has played with much more talent in Czech WJC and AHL than what Nemec has, 2) a big jump up in competition to NHL will bring up new challenges that frequently exposes players who look good in lower level. In my mind it's Nemec's IQ and skating that will give him better tools to succeed there. I also thought this before they were drafted, after the early year international tournaments, so I'm comfortable that this assessment isn't too biased.
They're aight. Reminds me of the Oiler's jersey. Also the red comes off as orange.Their all black alternates were beautiful as well, idk how the big club didn’t just copy these

So you are saying he defends in his own end and occasionally makes contact with opponents?
