I don't feel that at all. The defense that the Kings are used to is in shambles and the Kings meh attitude doesn't help.

down the middle. Richards can move to the wing, and Andreoff can sit.

I think you keep Carter with Kopitar and Gaborik. Move Shore instantly to 2c. Keep Stoll and Richards at center.

That and some lackadaisical play throughout the entire lineup at various points during the season.

I think you misunderstand. He doesn't ever want the players to play mad. Doesn't help anything. That's why the Kings are never too high or too low.

This will never happen with a team coached by Sutter and GM'ed by Lombardi.

In fact, if things keep going this way, I won't be shocked to see Shore sent back down without even playing in what is at the moment an inconsistent gong show.
