Missed most of the game…what did the 4th line do, or not do, to justify 4 minutes of TOI? Rolling 4 lines is what gave us an edge during the streak.

Unfortunate game to lose. Those 5on5 stats are tough to swallow. Thankfully, we got a point and we have a chance to bounce back right away tomorrow.

And before, during the winning streak, we won a few games we should have lost. These things even out.

At least we still got a point from this one.
Yep.

We mock the "Loser Point" but it may be the one thing that enables the Devils in keeping their heads above water, so to speak.

But they can't depend on that every game.

They need to get back to playing to WIN, not to lose.

Come on man

We made the mistake of playing Daws as much as we did last year. I'm pretty confident Schmid would regress with more games played.

Besides, it's a back to back anyway. Schmid will play tomorrow night.

Did you really think they were gonna play Schmid two nights in a row?
did daws have the same stats after 5 or 6 games or whatever it is? schmid is literally one of the best goalies in the league right now, and we should ride the hot hand. no brainer. he’s also older than daws, i think.

Looked totally out of sync. Shara wasn't creating much, Boqvist had no jump, and Holtz looked like he needed GPS directions to get around our defensive zone.

Stapled to the bench and rightfully so.
