We made the mistake of playing Daws as much as we did last year. I'm pretty confident Schmid would regress with more games played.

Besides, it's a back to back anyway. Schmid will play tomorrow night.

Really Schmid should be getting some starts at this point. He's young, has a lot of potential, and has played great this year. Give him more starts and make Vanecek earn the #1 job.
