Depends what you mean by grit. Is he a big hitter? No
Is he a great defender or shot blocker? Hell no.
Is he a rat who will play dirty and drop the gloves to stick up for himself or a line mate? Absolutely

Secondary scoring is an issue for us, so signing Domi is good (if we are)

My theory is cause Samsanov is very good at high-danger chances, we are sacrificing some defensive play to get some more scoring. All of our signings so far are good/great offensively and bad/terrible defensively.

Domi, Bertuzzi and Reaves will help. You can also say Mccabe is toughish. So thats 4 out of 18 players on the bench who arent soft. With the main core being so overly soft I think we need one more guy to truly offset that and change the identity. Too bad schenn would have been great but maybe a Zadorov type would do it.

Sam Lafferty isn't as push over. He's a heavy hitter and will drop the gloves if need be. I acrually think Lafferty and Reaves on the same line is going to be ballistic.

What we need now is a fast feisty center to go with them. I want either Mason Shaw or Noah Gregor to sign like a 1yr/750mill deal
