The only possible way I can see it not happening is 0 Loss Michigan AND 1 Loss Ohio St AND 0 Loss TCU.

I don't think you can swap Ohio St and Michigan and still keep them out. The Michigan schedule is hilariously soft.
True.

In a way, I'd like to see some chaos with Michigan beating Ohio State and then hilariously losing the B1G championship game.

I still haven't watched enough Caleb Williams but the devy community is starting to pine for him over Bryce. Idk if that's cause people just want the newer shiny toy or they think Bryce can't rush because they just look at the stat boxes.

Maye looks pretty darn good but I'm not the best at understanding this yet. Isn't the system at UNC part of what knocked Howell down a bit? I know Maye has the superior physical tools.

Ewers is a dang wild card and you can see some flashes.

So we got this left essentially.

Georgia (11-0)
Ohio State (11-0)
Michigan (11-0)
TCU (11-0)

——————

LSU (9-2)
USC (10-1)

I feel like the committee up to this point hasn’t really like USC as much but has kept them around because of their one loss. Obviously LSU would have to win out & that means beating Georgia on top of Alabama & Tennessee. The closest we probably had to a two loss team in the playoff was probably 2016 Penn State. That team had two top ten wins over Ohio State & Wisconsin that year. LSU would in theory likely have three or close to it.

2 loss LSU vs 1 loss USC is going to bring out the worst takes of the year.

Speaking of 2016 Penn St, LSU reminds me of their opponent in the Rose Bowl that year. 2016 USC clearly was not right to start the year, played an absolutely brutal schedule, and was also clearly one of the best teams in the country by December. Counting Penn St, USC played four(!) top 7 teams and 2 other ranked ones.
