Lots of good things last night, but it looked like all those minutes finally got to Barrett. Luckily Rivers and Bullock were able to step in an take the extra minutes and perform well. Really liked the Rivers signing from the minute it happened. Always liked him as a player, but felt he never got a shot at a bigger role than being a 3 point specialist in recent years.

Now he's going to have the ball in his hands and not just be a spot up guy. Also, him being able to do that last night let Randle be able to rest a little bit even while playing, since he was off the ball.

Nets turned it right up. Good shit. Let’s see if they can finish the comeback.

Knicks couldn't hit the side of a barn and their defense for first time this year looked awful to be honest as Thunder had uncontested shot after uncontested shot.

I'll be interested to see how they bounce back after worst loss of the season.

"Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in" says Michael Corleone in the Godfather Part III which never should have been made as it tarnishes the legacy if Parts I and II but I digress.

That's the Knicks for ya. Get off to such an exciting start, play defense like they haven't in decades show some real nice chemistry and basically suck you back into watching their games and than bam!!!. The Knicks are who we thought they are...another cliché that is apropos for the Knicks.

Anyways, back to normal and the Knicks blow chunks again. Who knows maybe they'll be interesting this year and I'll keep tabs on them but thank the good lord that hockey season is just about to begin and that Mets spring training is right around the corner.

This guy is just not worth the hassle. Amazing player, but dumb as rocks. KD hitching his wagon to Kyrie or letting Kyrie go along with him is one of his biggest mistakes in his career. Brooklyn is lucky the kept all their depth because at some point Kyrie is not going to be part of their future. KD will get fed up and it will force their hand. Either that, or Kyrie will just walk away from the NBA.

Yeah, as a Nets fan, I wasn't happy when they first talked about him coming here; much would've preferred to keep D'Lo.

But once it became clear that Kyrie and KD were a package deal... whatcha gonna do? :dunno:

Anyone think that maybe Kyrie is sitting out still cuz he may be traded and knows it?

This trade is insane. oh my god lol

So in this wacky deal, who's getting the better end of it?

Not a huge NBA guy as I just know pretty much the stars and young studs. The middle of the road guys....I got no real clue.

So that said, seems like an awful lot to give up for an out of shape ball hog like Harden...no?

This could absolutely work out for the Nets, but they have lost all of their depth. Dinwiddie is done for the year, and now LeVert and Allen are gone. Prince was a decent player as well. They also don't have assets to bring in another piece if something does happen. Jordan is not the same player he was. I'm sure they like what they have in TLC as a bench player, so maybe that eases some of the pain of losing a player like LeVert.

This is their roster. If they do not have Kyrie playing, I'm not sure how this works
