He's non roster for "personal reasons". I don't know if he has even shown up in Nashville yet since signing his contract extension.

Except per the other thread, he is now on IR. So that's not good. If "personal issues" became something that was eligible for IR assignment, then that's most likely a Player Assistance program designation. If it's something other than that, it's actually even worse news?

Eeeshhh, That doesn't sound good.

Stastney did take that big hit from Joshua that knocked him out of the playoffs last year. It was just described as an upper body injury but his head did knock into the glass and Tomasino's comment would be consistent with someone dealing with lingering concussion issues.

Askarov was assigned to AHL, which means he is now healthy.
