This coming up Wednesday - "full attendance" will be allowed at Jet's games. It's about time, we leave this COVID thing behind. Just heard this on the post game show on CJOB - Thank God :thumbu:

Nothing all that special on any of Blake's assists tonight but they all count. His redirect goal was pretty nice. Back to chiseling on the pp.

Although I agree with you on Wheeler, I do think he's still the best quarterback on the power play. He makes quick fast decisions, and it was on display tonight. It's just the rest of his game that has regressed, but he did look great tonight.

Perhaps the current government could also use their voodoo powers to declare that winter is also over? Sick of shovelling, you know?

You and me both, that snow just keeps on coming, and it's backbreaking. I just don't have the luxury like @Jets 31, to bring out a fancy new snow blower, and save those back muscles. He's a lucky man.

Next 4 games in the Peg boys, so we have a chance at winning 3 of them if we keep up this play. Hopefully it continues, as the boy's will have the fans cheering them on. They need it.

We're lucky; our neighbor works for the city and has one of those mini vehicular snowplows at his disposal. Suffice it to say there has been a whole lot of friendly, independant, not-at-all-quid-pro-quo gifts of bottles of liquor and homemade baking going their way. In the spirit of neighborhood love, ofc :)

Well he's the only QB that gets sufficient minutes on this team other then Mark whois pretty bad at it. I expect Cole will be better as soon as next year.

Yeah I don't really think Blake is great at it anymore. I do really like our set up now with a 1 t on both sides, Morrissey distributing, and the bumper to the slot. So much to defend

Could well be, Cole is very smart, and very slick and shifty with the puck, and he's only 20. He very likely will be the next QB on the power play. He needs a bit more time to get his confidence, just like Ehlers and Connor did, but I believe he will.

I'll tell ya, he plays with a lot of poise for a 20 year old. At 26 he'll be really fantastic.

Economy of scale: The more legitimate threats we can pack, the better each of them individually gets. Blake works great as "one of many" things you need to keep an eye on.

I came across your gif as I was listening to the 80s classic cover of "I Think We're Alone Now" my Tiffany, and I gotta say, they meshed very well!

Missed the game at work. Happy for the win, will have to watch it tonight/tomorrow.

Now, either go on a long winning streak to get back into contention or stop winning. Either a high draft pick or a playoff berth, please.

I'll take the center with other qualities to his game over a one dimensional point producer any day.
We also gave away Roslovic in that deal. Fine for us because he wasn’t gonna sign with us but that’s more value for Columbus. They made out really well too.

Hard to declare a winner until we see what Laine and PLD sign for (and where).

Since the day it happened and I laid my eyes on the fancy stats, I had no doubt we got the better star player. The only question in my mind was whether Roslovic was too steep a price to pay for an upgrade. I think that question has been completely and thoroughly answered.

Patrik Laine has 27 points in 27 games this year. Both teams did VERY well in this deal.

Yup, Blue Jackets got their scoring winger and the Jets got a big and physical play driving 1C who's hard to play against.

I don't see why we always have to try to determine winners and losers of trades. Both teams got what they were looking for.
