New Ghost album is great. If youre into 80’s metal or 80’s music for that matter then its perfect for you. A really fun band in my opinion.

Lol funny you post this, because when I woke up this morning I had the solo from Cirice stuck in my head for some reason, and spent like 20 minutes trying to remember which song it was from. :biglaugh:

Haha, every morning I wake up with hunters moon in my head. They really know how to get songs stuck in your head.

I'm 53 and listen to many genres, classic rock, pop, Quebec French songs, blues, classical music, 80's and 70's classics. The Beatles, Queen , Cheap Trick, Alexandre Desilets, Dumas, Beth Hart, Joe Bonamassa, Walk of the Earth, Enio Morricone. A very varied list.

Yesterday I heard Welcome to the black parade by My chemical romance on the show Mythic Quest. I never considered myself as an emo but this song is a freaking masterpiece. It's a bit like if Queen had written an emo punk rock song.

What in Sam Hill happened to this site whilst we be a yonder?:huh:Anyways will explore further.

A tad behind but I'd be remiss not to wish a belated B-day to my man George Kooymans. Many were quietly thinking he would not last to his 74th but glad he did, keep fighting!!
Seems like early March produces guitar virtuoso's,who knew:dunno:

Gefeliciteerd met je verjaardag!

I’m currently listening to Steely Dan while wearing a Steely Dan shirt.

Hope everyone is having a nice night/day.

One of my favorite bands of all time. They also hired some very good guitarists. For example solo on Rikki Don't Lose That Number is one of my all-time favorites, It was played with lots of tremolo on a guitar bought at Montgomery Ward (probably mail order, Jimmy Page and Jack White have the guitar. Jimmy Page used it in the one of the videos of the DVD CD live performances that they released) It was a classic department and mail order company. I bought a DVD player and included was the movie "Galaxy Quest" which is an undated movie.. That was in 1999, they went bust, couldn't compete with the techies . Same problems Sears and JC Penney have, Btw, I used to read my mom's mail order catalogue, what I did I looked at the underwear section. :)

This is such a Steely Dan fan response.

I'm in shock. I can't believe he passed. So young, too. Woah! 😭

Devastated and feel so much for his family and David Grohl, just finished reading his book and know what Taylor meant to him after other tragedies in his life. As mentioned earlier had tix for December to see them again, for now will have to remember last concert I saw them where Taylor stole the show covering Freddie Mercury on Under Pressure
