I am watching this one…He’s been the best player on the ice so far. Had a prime scoring chance 2 shifts before that goal.

They are also playing him on the halfwall
Also rotating him to the backdoor for tips/tap ins. Is it (honest question) outrageous to think that both of our traded players would have ~10 more points/season with even a passable PP?

The SportsNet commentators said a few times that the Flames FO was very excited for the added dimension Frost would bring to the PP, with zone entries and puck movement.
I heard that yesterday, but according to deady, we had no one with the "shake and bake" for that. So now we have a conundrum. Can a real life NHL GM be wrong?? Maybe we are in a simulation after all.

Why even be on a discussion board if you are so afraid to have an opinion on anything in the present that you think there is no point in discussing it until you see the results years down the line.

Especially something as obvious as this.
No that's not it. It's the relentless complaints but with no real solutions. What's the point of that? For example if you don't like Briere and want him fired okay, but who you hiring? Add that part and it's a valid discussion. Just complaining is pointless imo.

Solutions and alternatives are presented all the time by damned near everyone.

Calgary obviously has failed as a serious professional hockey organization.

I mean, they kind of have. The last 20 years are unremarkable.

But there's a silver lining for Flyers fans - they missed the playoffs for 7 straight seasons between 1996-2003, and then in 2004, BOOM, Stanley Cup Finals baby!

I've said for the longest time that Frost has 60 point potential, and I still think that might be true. Now, regarding the PP, this Flyers team isn't particularly skilled, but they are better than 30th in the league. The lack of cohesion on the PP certainly dropped points for most players, Frost included. I don't know how many, 5-10 isn't outrageous to me.

I seem to remember people wanting the GM who just traded for Rantanen. They probably would have at least settled for an interview.

There was no interview process for the GM position!
