For the Rangers it's easily Erik Gustafsson. He has 11 points in 15 games, a 5 game point streak and has stepped in seemlessly for Fox on both PP and 5 on 5. The Rangers are 4-0-1 since Fox went down and he's the biggest reason why. Dude's our second best defenseman this year and is making 825k this year. Insane that when Fox comes back barring other injuries he'll be on the third pair.

I don't think anyone is super underrated on TB at the moment, but Eyssimont and Raddysh are pretty solid players who might not get enough credit for how good they really are. Still depth guys, but they can play.

It's impossible to define because each person has a different bar for each player.

But speaking very generally, I think there might be a perception in the nhl fan world that sean monahan is a shell that can't stay healthy.

The truth is that he is still a pretty darn good hockey player, when healthy. Staying healthy though is a massive problem.
