Both DD & Markov are off the books at the end of this year. That is $3,5m for DD and $5,75m for Markov. Pleks is after next season. He is $6m.

If we need too, we have the money to sign both Radulov and Galechenyuk by not signing DD or Markov.

An adjustment will need to be made no doubt. Subban is one of the player in the league controlling the puck the most. He always has the puck on his stick and can carry it from his goal to the other goal.

Players will need to adjust cause Weber wont do that.

Habs don't look all that different from last year's team.

PP has gone from get the puck to the point so Markov can set up Subban's shot to get the puck to the point so Markov can set up Weber's shot.

No real offensive zone time except when the Radulov or Chucky/Gally line is out there. Nothing from the bottom 2 lines again. And, the D is slow and doesn't have a strong transition game.

Firstly, Radu's ability to retrieve, protect and distribute the puck is amazing. He's so strong and he's dominating along the boards. Best forward.

No knock on Weber, he's still a very good player overall. But he's not a number 1. PK and Price are elite players who can Carey their positions on the ice. And all this done to make MT happy. I can't see us being a top team in the East. Maybe 6th-8th seed. How you can trade PK and not get an elite under 23 player is beyond me. Franchise crippling trade.
