The Detroit TV feed was showing a fight from the Seventies and I noticed Ex-Hab Chuck Lefley watching the action. He was a good player in Montreal but he just couldn't get enough minutes in Montreal with all the talent on that roster. Sam Pollock traded him to St. Louis for a depth defenseman. Two years later he scored 43 goals for the Blues, the franchise record for a few years.

He was in Montreal long enough to get two Stanley Cup rings.

Well, one thing is obvious, Sergachev still can't play defense. How can he make such good decisions in the O zone and be so inefficient in the defensive zone?

Often when there's a coaching change, there's a player who seems to take off and play better. Arturri's been on fire with Claude so far.

Is it just me, or does Lindgren glide way too far from his net when covering pucks?

Looks pretty funny when he does it.
