It's so far in 2023: Top-selling MLS jerseys: LAFC's Carlos Vela leads in 2023 | MLSSoccer.comI've been searching/consuming media related to Riqui and one article I found said his shirt was the 10th best selling shirt in the league. They didn't cite a source or provide more information as to whether it's last season or this season.
Miami is totally not the place to play if you want to enjoy your life without being bothered. There are so many Latin American people in Miami. It's not a bunch of college football fans rooting for the U or the Dolphins. It may be a little better than what he faced in Barcelona or Paris, but Miami is not the stereotypical place of redneck Americans who can't name 10 players.
Not saying Miami was a bad choice. Possible the dude didn't factor that into where he chose to play next, but if he wanted to not be bothered, playing somewhere in the Midwest USA like Columbus or Kansas City was the place to go.
He'll be the same size as most everyone else too.Miami is exactly the place to be if you want to be left alone, especially when your team sucks like Inter Miami currently does. They are the most fair weather fans in the entire country, they only care when your winning and not just having a good season type winning, you need to be championship level for them to give a crap. Also it may be full of Latin Americans but has very small Argentinian base. Cubans, Dominican and Mexicans aren't really gonna go nuts for him.
I'm sure you'll see huge crowds early and the occasional swarming him when he's out but in 6 months he can walk down Miami beach and not get recognized once. He would stick out way more if he's surrounded by rednecks and college football fans in Columbus and Kansas City. How many 5'6 Argentinians are walking around those streets?
Miami is the South American hub of the United States. There are people from all over South America, so it’s not a matter of them all being Argentine. You’re right that they aren’t all Argentine. However, they still know who he is, and whether he was their childhood idol or it was someone from their country, everyone still wants a picture with the GOAT.Miami is exactly the place to be if you want to be left alone, especially when your team sucks like Inter Miami currently does. The latter is somewhat surprising given that they are supposedly deciding between Dean Henderson and Matt Turner.NE Revs goalkeeper Petrovic is trying to force a move to Europe, he had bids from Nantes and Nottingham Forest
Pretty surprising move but probably a lot of money involved as the Crew sell one of their better players, Lucas Zelarayan to the Saudi league. It does open a DP spot for them though

Messi will take Inter Miami all the way to the MLS Championship if they can somehow make the playoffs (not sure if this is mathematically possible at this point).
It’s mathematically possible, but they pretty much have to be the best team in the league the rest of the season. Second best likely won’t be enough.Messi will take Inter Miami all the way to the MLS Championship if they can somehow make the playoffs (not sure if this is mathematically possible at this point).
revs fans shambles seeing their first home grown player end up with the galaxyGalaxy trade for Diego Fagundez, I approve. Finally some winger depth.
sounds like a great night out.Recap of NYCFCanimalserr I mean fans last night:
- Took another L against RBNY
- Chanted "puto" at Coronel
- Threw beer and trash from their upper level section down at RB fans
- Ran around like idiots after the game in balaclava face coverings
- One pulled a knife on a fan and got merked by Harrison PD
The Bronx did not send its best. Or did it?
