He would be an upgrade which is all that matters at this point. German looks like he’s wearing down and Happ has been so inconsistent. I would welcome Stroman with open arms.

Question is, if all three were truly available who would you take:

Bauer
Stroman
Syndergaard

Much rather have Bauer or Stroman than Thor. Syndergaard is injury prone, has been mediocre this year in an easier league and the Mets would want too much for him.

The injuries are a concern considering what you would have to pay because the Mets will add the tax to their ask.

I have been leaning towards Bauer but Stroman is evening plain. I would take either.
