Tanaka picked a hell of a time to have that kind of game... 3 days before the deadline.

perhaps it gives Cashman some leverage in trade talks, especially with the way Severino has been pitching.

Plus hes looking like he may get to 50, not 40.

Thats a pretty big deal no matter what park you play your home games in.

Ramos is under control for another season so this is probably a move for next year.

Reed probably moves by Monday regardless. Hes easily the most valuable "expendable" piece.
 
Laughable seeing Mets fans going to Yankee Stadium to pay their respects to Duda. Did I miss something? Is Duda a career .300 hitter? Did he win 5 World Series? How about even 1? Mind boggling.

Cecchini was pulled from today's game. Probably part of the Ramos trade. Could he really be the only player in the deal? Would be excellent, if so.

I´m just playing Judge will hit them out wherever he plays...I still would´ve loved to see Duda play there for 2 months

If Duda was able to stay healthy he's probably a perennial 30 HR guy. If he was healthy and playing in an environment friendly to LHH he could conceivably push 40. He's a legitimate power threat.
 
Well this replaces Reed for next yr. Blevins is staying w Familia Back. Good move for next year

Now gee prospects back w Reed , Granderson , Bruce , Cabrera

It sounds like there is zero interest in Bruce. All the contending teams pretty much have fairly deep offenses and GMs have come to realize you win in the playoffs with a bullpen. I think Bruce's tendency to have very poor 2nd halves also is turning away interest.

The Ramos trade leads me to believe Sandy thinks there is no chance Reed is coming back. I guess you can always put Ramos as your 7th inning guy if that happens though

Yea Reed is gone and will get the most back . I understand a team may not need a corner OF but jeesh have to qualify him to get a pick next yr

Don't expect much back for Cabrera and granderson but think they will go
