I wouldnt. I want to see him aggressive. Especially against a mediocre pitching staff such as the Orioles. Not the team i need him working counts against over his 3-4 ABs. Maybe the first AB of the season, but after that attack the baseball.

I certainly wouldn't. It's just that his at-bats are too short for my taste. I'd rather see him swing and foul off the good pitches than not swing at all.
I mean, the kid hit a homer when he took the bat off his shoulders. The more aggressive he is at the plate, the more pitches he'll eventually see off the plate. His scouting report is pretty cut and dry right now.

No not really, Baltimore is basically a double A team. Ottawa at least has some interesting young talent.
It would be great to take the opening series in Washington. Pull it out today and then you're playing with house money tomorrow.
I agree, its pretty important for the team to get off to a nice start to set the table going forward. Wish Noah looked a little better today but whatever, can't win them all. Loved all the 2 out hits we got earlier in the game! That would be HUGE if they can do good in that area.
