Nice deal for the Jets if Dubois was going out anyway. Personally think he is overrated AF.

If Vilardi can stay healthy is a good haul. Rumors they are buying out Wheeler, who's legs are just shot.

He also has proven he cant play C at NHL level (Was drafted to be an NHL C)

So for Avs they move on from pick who didn't pan out while getting good value. Other team takes chance they can turn him around and he continues to develop.

Basically like Hawks/Habs last year with Dach for #13 and #66

Thanks to LA for making me feel a whole lot better about the Hayes debacle. Getting borderline Fletcher value to dump a contract while retaining half sucks, but at least we didn't give up THAT for a guy who may not even be a top line guy on a contending team and sign him to THAT.

They were never trying to rebuild. Just get younger. I don't think they want to put the market through the rebuild while begging for people to spend money.

I'm not a big fan of the Kings trade either, although moving Iafallo I think cost them more to do it. They're fortunate they have really good defensemen in their system, but I have no clue what they're going in goal. It doesn't seem like a big ticket they're going for.
