The glow puck was the worst thing that had ever happened to hockey broadcasting at the time. It made games unwatchable. Between the puck floating around in the stands while it was on the boards, to the video game tails on it.

I have been on the Mike Reilly thing for a while. He should not have been stuck in the AHL. With perhaps 2 LD spots open, we should find something there.

And this was very good on a tiny TV where you couldn't see the puck without crawling inside the CRT.

I'd have liked to turn it off watching on something bigger.
