Serious question: how many orgs would see Hart as a significant upgrade to what they have in house?
Without hesitation, just from the playoff teams...
Toronto, Edmonton, NJ Devils, Florida (maybe, but they're quite tied up), Carolina (long term, but they don't pay for goalies). Non playoff teams looking to make a jump next year, you could easily add another 4 or 5 to that list.

What does he need to do to get an NHL opportunity?

Treliving already signed Vladar to a 2 year deal at real backup money, so probably get traded.
He’ll be in the NHL next year, they’ll find a taker for Vladar (though he didn’t have as good of a year as I thought) unless Markstrom has a conveniently mysterious injury.
