Kinkaid jist shut out the Bruins.
(Pretty easy game for him, really)
It’s criminal Jim Benning still has a job.
He admitted this past week that the team is two years away from being competitive. Why would that be, Jim? Is it because you signed Beagle, Roussel, and Eriksson to three of the league's worst contracts that happen to expire at the same time? It’s actually pretty wild. They have Pettersson, Hughes, & Hoglander on ELC’s this year. Even guys like Boeser, Horvat, & Miller are reasonably priced & that team is essentially capped out because Benning continually signs awful expensive UFA deals every year.

Rangers rolling Boston
Time for Toronto to blow it up, I assume?
One thing I’ve picked up from bef is reading random Medal of Honor citations. They make action movies seem bland and forgettable by comparison.
Audie Murphy was toned down for the movies because he and directors were afraid that audiences would consider his actual exploits too unrealistic.
Great ESPN memory. I think this game made me a hardcore fan going forward:
- The NHL agreed to a seven-year deal with ESPN, and media pundits suggest its rights package could be worth $625 million if NBC renews its own contract.
- Dan Cohen, senior vice president of Octagon’s Global Media Rights Consulting division, said the NHL could solicit more than $600 million annually for its entire package.
- Cohen added the NHL “would be best served to renew its other rights package with NBC.”
