Friedman now reporting Patrick will likely miss the entire season and was considering retirement earlier this summer but wants to get paid. He has made just short of $14M in his "career".

Doubt he made nearly that much. In his first three seasons he had yearly performance bonuses of $2,650,000 and probably didn't get most of them:

17-18: 73 GP, 30 P
18-19: 72 GP, 31 P
19-20: 0 GP, 0 P

You gotta feel for the kid, maybe he wasn’t going to be the prospect many hoped he would be but the guy gas had just the worst luck ever.

He's easily worth a 1st if he performs close to the prospect he was prior to this season. Heiskanen plays the right side but Dallas is light on RHDs.
