I’d have to check that Draisaitl hit again but I think that he left his feet to nail Barkov. If so, there should be some league discipline for it. If Barkov misses games due to a concussion, there’s going to be some retaliation coming Edmonton’s way.

Friedman went through a list of teams that have existing internal options even if less comprehensive. He can't confirm that this is every team, but these are the ones he could confirm have them:

Seattle, New Jersey, Carolina, Chicago, NYI (made the point that their cap guy worked for the league and knows this is required), Toronto, and Columbus. Pittsburgh started building something when Dubas arrived.

You could have made that list off the top of your head minus the Islanders. This league. He also mentioned how the league doesn't want these sites to exist because they consider it proprietary information.
