Kyper & Bourne show talking Nylander.

Both hearing a deal is getting close with the Leafs. Want to get it done before AS break...Feb 3. Saying it will be over 11 million, hearing 11.25 and for 8 years. Would front end money to make the deal movable in the backend of contract.

so they plan on tying up over $50m in 5 players, 4 of them being forwards?....sounds like a great idea

Yeah, better to spread it around like the Flyers spending 11.25 on Ellis and Petterson.

Or spending 5.7 on ADA, Hayes and Lindblom.

I welcome the day when the Flyers let Michkov walk in free agency because, well, I’ll let Briere explain: “When you’re not spending $12 million on a player, or even two like Edmonton does…Colorado has three or four high-end guys. We’re not going to be built that way.”

Our coach doesn't think you win by scoring, so we won't be needing any of that anyway.

And yet, the Leafs have same amount of playoff series wins as we do in the last the last 10 years

The PP is set up like the purpose is to kill off the PP and burn away a couple minutes without taking chances against. Safety over all. Opponents and Flyers are working to the same end.

Where has my hockey gone?

This whining by the Blackhawks is pathetic. The hit isn’t even borderline.
Yeah I am NEVER one to say the game has gone soft or any of that boomer shit. I'm a full proponent of taking predatory hits out of the game. This is not one of those hits. Players are still allowed to hit each other lol. Take the L
