Pending the completion of the appeal process, all players from the 2018 National Junior Team remain suspended by Hockey Canada and are currently ineligible to play, coach, officiate or volunteer with Hockey Canada-sanctioned programs.
Going to be a few more tense months for these guys depending how long the appeal takes. Hopefully not too long.

Did someone from The Office write this tweet? This assistant to the assistant regional manager perhaps?

An update without any real update
Not true, really. It's big news that the report is IN, the players' lawyers have a copy and have already appealed. That means there are absolutely some suspensions/bans in the recommendations, regardless of what London Police decide to do.

Crazy how good each one is. Usually in these sports brothers situations there's a leader of the pack. Benji vs yadi, Aaron vs Austin Nola, the Stalls, etc etc

The Hughes' are going to be joining the Sedins and Kelces as being through and through dominant as a group of THREE which is fun.
Mr and Mrs Hughes must’ve been doing something right

I have to imagine that the only scenario where Edmonton trades McDavid is because he forced the team to trade him and the team goes into full on rebuild mode.

You could still trade them pieces like Hart or Konecny in that case, but it would be under the guise of "these are assets you can flip for even more prospects/draft capital". Otherwise, no team in the leauge has enough value in pure futures to match the value McDavid would command.

And it would be an instant rebuild for them.

When losing one player necessitates a shift from "contention" to "rebuilding" you've done an excessively shit job.

That's pretty embarrassing, tbh. I know it's probably just instincts, but you're a goalie. Stop it with your mask if you have to.
The instinctual reaction in probably wasn't to the puck initially, it was probably the swinging stick. If you were looking away from me, and I swung a baseball bat at head height but 6 feet away right when you turned around, you'd duck too. Now imagine that same situation but me actually ticking a baseball up in the air with it floating over your head. You'd duck out of the way of everything. We're talking about primal self preservation out of the medula here, not a decision

I think he's trying to head the puck out of the crease. Just fails miserably
