No he wouldn’t have. He wouldn’t have been given the same opportunities on a better team. And LOL at the Matheson thing. He sucks and got so many points because your entire D core sucks. Got a chance to see Demidov play a couple of games recently against men and after coming back from a knee injury, the description of him when he was drafted is 100% accurate, " Hes a bulldog with elite skill" the kid does everything on the ice, and his hockey sense/ hands are elite, still needs to work a bit on his shot.
He's the kind of player you need in the playoffs to win, Michkov might end up with more points but I think Demidov will be closer to a stanley cup.

He also was clutch in the playoffs and best player for his team last season leading them to the championship. Yes it’s sad. We haven’t had a 100 point scorer since 1985, I’m the specialist at seing pre-NHL tapes of promising forwards that flop. I know and all Habs fans knows we never had a player looking anything like this, probably since Guy Lafleur in the 1971 draft.

I watch Demidov, I am a fan of him, it was much easier to root for him before he was drafted. I never ever said one bad thing about him lol, the dude is super skilled. I just have Michkov rated higher, bro I've stayed up late in Japan multiple times just to catch Demidov. I don't think you truly believe every single scout evaulates these players the way you say lmao
