Oh, it was ok... I almost missed my exit, but I managed...

Please tell me there's some kind of satisfying conclusion to this and that person didn't just escape consequence-free after causing two major accidents.

Edit: Doing some research, the driver was apparently tracked down, but no word on whether they were punished for whatever this was.

Also, apparently it's commonplace in China for drivers to park by offramps while they decide whether or not to take the exit...which is mind boggling.
